At Bloodline Golf, we want you to be fully confident in your putting game; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your equipment within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your putter or accessories in the original Bloodline packaging to ensure the self-standing technology and shaft remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Bloodline

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
